Application of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Services provided by BCN RELOCATION CONSULTING SL with Spanish company number (CIF) B66573106 with fiscal address Carrer de Pelai 12-3-N, Barcelona, 08001, Spain “the Carrier”. By booking or using the Carrier’s Services, the Passenger or the sender of the Goods accepts these Terms and Conditions.

(a) Passengers must book their transportation in advance and pay the applicable fare before the Service is provided.
(b) Senders of Goods must make arrangements with the Carrier for the transportation of the Goods, including payment of the applicable fees.
(c) The Carrier may refuse to provide the Service if the fare or fees are not paid in full in advance.
Cancellation and Changes
(a) Passengers may cancel or change their booking subject to the Carrier’s cancellation and change policy.
(b) Senders of Goods may cancel or change their transportation arrangements subject to the Carrier’s cancellation and change policy.
(c) The Carrier reserves the right to cancel or change any Service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns or operational issues.
Liability
(a) The Carrier is not liable for any loss or damage to the Goods, except to the extent caused by the Carrier’s negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
(b) The Carrier is not liable for any loss or damage to the Passenger’s personal belongings, except to the extent caused by the Carrier’s negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
(c) The Carrier is not liable for any injury or death to the Passenger, except to the extent caused by the Carrier’s negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Delays and Disruptions
(a) The Carrier will use its best efforts to provide the Service as scheduled, but does not guarantee that the Service will be provided on time or without disruption.
(b) The Carrier is not liable for any loss or damage caused by any delay or disruption, except to the extent caused by the Carrier’s negligence or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Carrier and the Passenger or the sender of the Goods and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written.
Amendments
The Carrier reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The Passenger or the sender of the Goods will be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions upon booking or using the Carrier’s Services after the amendment.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
The failure of the Carrier to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of the Carrier’s right to enforce that provision in the future.

Cancellation made before 3 days of purchase date: no refund
Cancellation by BCN RELOCATION CONSULTING: full refund
(a) BCN RELOCATION CONSULTING SL reserves the right to cancel the Service for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties or unavailability of the Service.
(b) If BCN RELOCATION CONSULTING SL cancels the Service, Customers will be notified by email or phone and will receive a full refund.
Amendments
